MM#009 Default HESSI Target
Dear RHESSI Collaborators,
NOAA 2597 has completed west limb passage. The visible solar disk is displaying only one tiny alpha spot located at approximately N14E80. The target will be an active prominence located on the southwestern limb. It is possible that the prominence will become more destabilized and erupt in the next 24 hour period.
The position of the target on October 01 at 06:45 UT is: S26W90 (Solar X = 862", Solar Y = 416")
See http://www.SolarMonitor.org for images and http://solar.physics.montana.edu/max_millennium/ops/observing.shtml for a description of the current Max Millennium Observing Plan.
