Dear RHESSI Collaborators,
Solar activity remains at low levels. NOAA 11196 was the source of a C1.0 flare at 02:32 UT today. The target region NOAA 11199 has increased in size over the past 24 hours and still has a chance of producing some isolated low-level events.
The position of NOAA 11199 on 28-Apr-2011 at 06:30 UT is:
N21W38, ( 550", 396" )
