Dear Collaborators,
Solar activity has returned to low levels aside from a few occulted C-class flares from beyond the northwest limb. The region around the southwest limb has also remained quiescent since the last message. NOAA 13200, which is close to the central meridian in the northern hemisphere, was the source of a C3.4 flare at 11:50 UT today and shall be the new target region. It is currently classified as a beta/B-type region and may produce additional isolated low-level events over the next 24 hours.
The position of NOAA 13200 on 28-Jan-2023 at 12:30 UT is:
N21W08, ( 127", 438" )
