Dear Collaborators,
Quiescent solar conditions continue despite the presence of several numbered active regions on the visible disk. NOAA 13200 was the source of two ~C1 flares since the last message but has since been downgraded to an alpha spot. It shall continue as the target region for the next 24 hours although no significant increase in activity is expected at this time.
The position of NOAA 13200 on 29-Jan-2023 at 08:30 UT is:
N21W20, ( 312", 435" )
See http://www.SolarMonitor.org for images and http://solar.physics.montana.edu/max_millennium/ops/observing.shtml for a description of the current Max Millennium Observing Plan.
