Dear RHESSI Collaborators,
The target region NOAA 11865 was the source of several C-class flares since the last message, as well as an M1.1 flare at 08:00 UT today. The region has undergone renewed flux emergence and retains its beta-gamma-delta configuration in addition to a highly sheared magnetic neutral line. Further C-level activity expected with chance for an isolated M-class flare.
The position of NOAA 11865 on 15-Oct-2013 at 19:35 UT is:
S22W19, ( 291", -445" )
