Dear Collaborators,
Solar activity remains low since the last message. The largest event
in the period was a C3.3 flare at 8:31 UT today (7/15) produced by
NOAA 14489. There were two other C class events (C1.2 at 2:38 UT
and C1.1 at 4:37 UT), both came from behind the limb. The former was
an eruptive event from NOAA 14485 now located behind the SouthWest
limb, while the latter was from the region that produced a C3.9 flare
yesterday, being still behind the SouthEast limb. The target region
NOAA 14482 reduced its sunspot area, only produced a B class event.
Today, we will switch the target to NOAA 14489, at the Northeast side
of the sunspot, where the C3.3 flare initiated.
The position of the target in NOAA 14489 on 15-July-2026 at
15:00 UT is: S06E45 (-674", -151").

Dear Collaborators,
Solar activity continued to be at a low level since the last message.
The largest event in the period was a C3.9 flare at 12:18 UT today
(7/14) from the region behind the Southeast limb. The region rotated
from the Southeast limb yesterday was assigned the number as NOAA
14489, but the flare activity of this region has somewhat settled for
the last 12 hours.
The target region, NOAA 14482 produced a C1.5 flare at 9:49 UT today,
which is the second largest event in the period. The EUV loops
emanated from its sunspot are persistently connected with the nearby
plage regions and with NOAA 14487, a Northern neighboring region.
Today we will continue to observe the umbra of NOAA 14482, expecting
additional C class events.

15:30 UT is: S09W52 (738", -192").

Dear Collaborators,
Solar activity has reduced to a low level since the last message.
The largest event in the period was a C1.2 flare at 22:48 UT yesterday
(7/12) from the Southwest limb over the target region, NOAA 14485.
This region has been the main source of flares in the past 24 hours
but will be out of our view in the next 24 hours.
A unipolar region rotated from the Southeast limb is showing minor
activity (2 B class flares) since yesterday, but it is not clear yet
whether the activity persits. NOAA 14482 holds the largest sunspot on
the disk, from which some EUV loops extend to the North neighboring
region, NOAA 14487. Although currently no flare is reported from this
region, some interacting activity with 14487 is expected. Today we will
observe NOAA 14482 as a new default target, expecting the activity of
C class.

16:30 UT is: S08W39 (592", -187").

Dear Collaborators,
Solar activity has increased to a low-to-moderate level since the
last message. The target region, NOAA 14485 produced an M1.2
flare at 7:17 UT today (7/11) in addition to 3 C class flares in the last
24 hours. NOAA 14482 is the current largest region on the disk, but
keeps flare-quiet for a few days.
The flares from NOAA 14485 are initiated from the area of its leading
sunspots, although it becomes harder to see due to the proximity to
the limb. Today, we will continue to observe NOAA 14485, as it
progresses over the Southwest limb. Additional C class to low-M class
events are expected.

15:30 UT is: S09W78 (912", -171").

Dear Collaborators,
Solar activity continues to be low since the last message. The largest
event in the past 24 hours was a C6.0 flare at 14:33 UT yesterday
(7/10) produced by NOAA 14485. This region is the only source of the
reported flares in the last 24 hours, while the target region, NOAA
14482 has been flare-quiet for more than 48 hours.
Today, we will switch the target to NOAA 14485 and observe the East
side of the Southern preceding sunspot, the site of the C6.0 flare.
Additional C class activities are expected with a slight chance of
low-M class event.

Solar activity is at a very low level. A small number of flares were
produced since the last message, the largest being a B7.5 from NOAA 14485
at 05:02 UT today. NOAA 14482 has reduced in complexity and is now
classified as a beta-gamma type region. NOAA 14485 also remains classified
as a beta-gamma. There was no activity >B-class in the last 24 hours.
Further B-class and low C-class activity is likely.

Dear Collaborators,
Solar activity remains at a low level. Several flares were produced since
the last message, the largest being an M1.5 from NOAA 14482 at 17:49 UT
yesterday. NOAA 14482 has now developed into a beta-gamma-delta region with
an approximate size of 420 μh. Sunspot activity levels from this region
have been moderate. Currently, NOAA 14482 does not meet the criteria for a
definitive Major Flare Watch, however this region should be monitored
closely for larger M-class activity in the next 24 hours. Additionally,
NOAA 14485 has declined into a beta-gamma region and may provide further
activity. Sustained C-class activity is likely with further isolated
M-class events.

last message, the largest being an M4.0 from NOAA 14482 at 14:09 UT
yesterday. NOAA 14482 continues to show an increase in sunspot area and
elements of dynamism, however it remains classified as a beta-gamma type
region. NOAA 14482 will continue as the target region, further C-class
activity is expected with the chance for additional isolated M-class
events.

Dear Collaborators,
Solar activity has reduced since the last message. A small number of flares
were produced since the last message, the largest being an occulted C3.8
from NOAA 14479 at 18:25 UT yesterday. NOAA 14479 is now well beyond the
solar limb. NOAA 14482 has developed into a beta-gamma type region and
grown in size, while showing strong emerging flux. At this time, we are
ending the Major Flare Watch. The target region will switch to NOAA 14482.
Further C-class activity is expected with the chance for isolated low
M-class events.

Dear Collaborators,
Solar activity remains at a high level. NOAA 14479 produced numerous flares
in the last 24 hours, the largest being an M5.3 at 17:51 UT yesterday. This
region has passed beyond the northwestern limb, however it may still
provide further >=M class activity from its occulted position. NOAA 14482
has not produced any significant further activity since the X-class event
on 04/07/26, however this region still shows significant emerging flux and
should be monitored closely. The Major Flare Watch will remain active for
what may be a final 24 hours while we have the potential for further
significant occulted emission from NOAA 14479 and further activity from
NOAA 14482 (S08E55) .
