Dear Collaborators,
Solar activity has been at a high-to-moderate level since the
last message. The target region NOAA 13883 produced the
largest event - an X2.3 flare at 13:24 UT yesterday. This region
retains its beta-gamma-delta/E-type magnetic configuration
and has grown marginally in the sunspot area, with the continuous
shearing motion of its intermediate spots. Today the Major Flare
Watch shall remain with NOAA 13883. Note that a productive
region near the South East limb (S08E79, unnumbered yet) also
produced an M5.3 flare at 14:27 UT yesterday. Further C-class
and low-M activities are expected, with a good chance for >M5
flares from the two regions in the following 24 hours.

Solar activity remains at a high level in the past 24 hours.
The largest event since the last message was an M5.9 flare
at 08:48 UT today produced by an unnumbered region (N17W65).
This region between NOAA 13878 and the North West limb
was newly emerged in the period. The target region NOAA
13883 has experienced notable shearing and additional flux
emergence and has been classified as a beta-gamma-delta/E-type
sunspot group. It was the most complex region on the disk.
Today the Major Flare Watch will continue as NOAA 13883.
Further C-class and low-M activities are expected, with a good
chance for additional >M5 flares in the next 24 hours.

The level of solar activity has increased due to an M5.6 flare
at 15:26 UT yesterday from the target region NOAA 13883.
13883 has continued to grow in spot maturity to display an
irregular distribution on both polarities and well-developed
penumbrae on its following portion, changing it to a
gamma-delta/E-type magnetic configuration. Therefore, we
are initiating a Major Flare Watch campaign at this time, with
an increased probability of another >M5 flare in the coming
24-48 hours.

Solar activity continues at a moderate level. The largest event
since the last message was an M3.8 flare at 01:05 UT today
from NOAA 13883. This region also produced six low-M flares.
It has developed into a beta-gamma-delta/E-type sunspot group
with polarity mixing and separation of its main spots. Today we
shall end the Major Flare Watch campaign, and the default target
shall switch to NOAA 13883 due to its current flaring level and
dynamic sunspot behavior. Yesterday’s target NOAA 13878
decreased in the sunspot area and only produced an M1.4 flare
at 04:31 UT. Further C-class activities are expected, with more
low-M flare possible in the next 24 hours.

Solar activity has been at a moderate level since the last message,
with an increasing trend in the recent 12 hours. The largest event
in the past 24 hours was an M1.4 flare at 15:11 UT today (11/3) from
the Northern portion of NOAA 13869 but the intensity has a contribution
from the C8.2 flare from NOAA 13883 occurred right before(14:27 UT).
The target region NOAA 13878 produced an M1.2 flare at 8:39 UT
today in addition to two mid-C class flares. The positive polarity patch
located at the Northeast of the trailing spot, formed a separate sunspot
after the M1.2 flare. However, this region forms clear sigmoidal loop
structures observed in the EUV high temperature range and soft X-ray
wavelengths. We will continue the Major Flare Watch with NOAA 13878
for another 24 hours. We will observe the center of the sigmoid, the
Southwest side of the trailing spot, expecting another low M-class event
or larger.

Dear Collaborators,
Solar activity has declined to a moderate level since the last message.
The largest event in the past 24 hours was a M1.2 flare at 8:13 UT
today (11/2) from the region emerged at the South of NOAA 13876 a few
days ago. It is uncertain if this region will be given a new number or
a part of NOAA 13876.
From the target region, NOAA 13878, only a C5.3 flare at 12:18 UT on
11/2 was reported. The positive polarity located at the Southwest side
of the negative trailing spot is moving farther to the Southwest
direction and about to form a separate positive sunspot. However,
another patch of positive polarity located at the Northeast side of the
trailing spot has formed an umbra and maintains the delta configuration.
We will continue the Major Flare Watch with NOAA 13878 for another
24 hours observing the delta configuration on the Northeast side.
Additional C class flares are expected with a slight chance of a major
flare.

Dear Collaborators,
Solar activity has been high since the last message. The target region,
NOAA 13878 produced 3 major flares in a row (M4.6 at 21:03 UT,
X2.2 at 21:12 UT and M9.5 at 21:45 UT) yesterday(10/31) and additional
2 low-M class flares (M1.3 at 2:05 UT and M2.0 at 14:18 UT) today.
NOAA 13876 approaching the Western limb was another source of flare
activity with 4 low-M class events.
In the next 24 hours, we continue to observe NOAA 13878 as the target
of the Major Flare Watch campaign. The positive magnetic component
in the negative trailing spot has shifted to the Southwest side and
appears to be splitting into a separate spot. We will observe this area
of delta configuration for the next 24 hours. Additional M class flares
or larger are expected.

Dear Collaborators,
Solar activity has significantly increased since the M7.2 event
yesterday(10/30). After this event, NOAA 13878 produced 3 low-M
class (M1.0 at 2:16 UT, another M1.0 at 3:23 UT and M1.4 at 9:22 UT
all on 10/31) as well as a few high-C class flares. Other notable events
are an M2.4 flare from NOAA 13875 at 12:41 UT and an M1.2 flare
from NOAA 13876 at 13:46 UT today.
We will continue to observe NOAA 13878 as the target of the Major
Flare Watch campaign. The magnetic configuration of this region was
updated to a beta-gamma-delta type. We will observe the area of delta
configuration (west side of the trailing sunspot) for the next 24 to 48
hours, expecting additional M class flares and larger.

At this time, we will implement the Major Flare Watch campaign with

in the west side of the trailing (negative polarity) sunspot.

Dear Collaborators,
Solar activity has declined to a low level since the last message.
The largest event in the past 24 hours was an M1.1 flare at 16:21 UT on
10/29 from NOAA 13873. The target region NOAA 13878 has got quiet
down since yesterday with no flare activity reported in the past 24 hours.
NOAA 13876 located in the Southwest quadrant has undergone new flux
emergence at the location of its trailing sunspots, and so far produced 3
C class flares with the largest being a C7.1 flare at 9:10 UT today(10/30).
The newly appeared sunspots increases magnetic complexity of this
region to be classified as a beta-gamma-delta type. We will switch the
default target to NOAA 13876, and observe the area of newly appeared
sunspots for the next 24 hours. Additional C class to low-M class flares
are expected.
