Dear Collaborators,
Solar X-ray flux has returned to background levels. NOAA 12795 has
remained quiescent since the last message, and has decayed
significantly. The region retains its beta configuration, and shall
continue to be the target region, but is unlikely to produce any
further activity over the next 24 hours.
The position of NOAA 12795 on 31-Dec-2020 at 12:30 UT is:
S18W32, ( 493", -261" )

Dear Collaborators,
NOAA 12795 was the source of several low B-class flares since the last
message. This was due to renewed negative polarity flux emergence
around the trailing positive polarity sunspot. NOAA 12795 shall
continue to be the target region with a chance for further B-level
activity over the next 24 hours.

Dear Collaborators,
Solar activity continues at very low levels. The two ~B1 events since
the last message were both from the alpha region NOAA 12794. NOAA
12795 has remained quiescent and continues to decay. It shall continue
to be the target region for a further 24 hours although no increase in
activity is expected at this time.
The position of NOAA 12795 on 29-Dec-2020 at 12:30 UT is:
S17W05, ( 81", -241" )

Dear Collaborators,
Solar activity remains at very low levels. NOAA 12795 has begun to
decay as it nears the central meridian. The only event of note since
the last message was a B1.7 flare at 08:49 UT today. NOAA 12795 shall
continue to be the target region although no change in activity is
expected over the next 24 hours.
The position of NOAA 12795 on 28-Dec-2020 at 12:30 UT is:
S17E08, ( -130", -243" )

Dear Collaborators,
Quiet-Sun conditions continue. NOAA 12795 has remained quiescent and
unchanged since the last message. The only event of note was a B3.4
flare at 11:29 UT today. The region shall continue to be the target
region although no significant change in activity is expected over the
next 24 hours.

Dear Collaborators,
Solar X-ray flux has returned to background levels since the last
message. NOAA 12795 has remained quiescent except for a few low
B-class flares. The region retains its beta configuration and shall
continue to be the target region. Chance for isolated low-level events
over the next 24 hours.
The position of NOAA 12795 on 26-Dec-2020 at 12:30 UT is:

Dear Collaborators,
Solar activity continues at low levels. The target region NOAA 12795
produced several low B-class flares since the last message, but
remains largely unchanged in terms of size and complexity. Further
B-level activity likely over the next 24 hours.
The position of NOAA 12795 on 25-Dec-2020 at 08:30 UT is:

Dear Collaborators,
Solar activity has increased since the last message due the appearance
of the new region in the southeast quadrant. The region has been
designated as NOAA 12795 and is classified as a beta/C-type region. It
has produced a spate of B-class flares over the last 24 hours, the
largest being a B7.3 flare at 02:18 UT today. Continued B-level
activity expected with chance of an isolated C-class flare.
The position of NOAA 12795 on 24-Dec-2020 at 12:30 UT is:
S17E60, ( -809", -268" )

Dear Collaborators,
The level of solar activity remains very low. The target region near
the South East limb has rotated onto the visible disk and displays
small spots in both its leading- and trailing-polarity fluxes. This
region is too close to the limb for an accurate classification, but
it should be confirmed as a beta/D-type sunspot group if the leading
and trailing polarity spots keep the penumbrae that images currently
show. This region produced the only flare since the last message - a
B3.2 on 23-Dec-2020 at 05:53 UT. More B-class flares are expected in
the following 24-hour period.
The approximate position of this region on 23-Dec-2020 at 15:00 UT is:
S18E73 , ( -888", -292" )

Dear Collaborators,
Solar activity is at a very low level. The target region NOAA 12794
has grown marginally in spot area since the last message, remaining
classified as an alpha/H-type sunspot group. Another spot group is
in the process of rotating over the South East limb and has already
produced multiple low B-class flares since the last message, the
largest being a B2.7 flare on 22-Dec-2020 at 11:31 UT. This region
becomes the new target. Further low B-class activity is expected
over the next 24 hours.
The approximate position of this region on 22-Dec-2020 at 18:30 UT is:
S17E90 , ( -932", -285" )
