MM#009 Default Target
Dear Collaborators,
The northeastern target region has decayed since the
last message and is now a spotless plage. The target
will switch to the region located just beyond the southeastern
limb. The new target region produced two limb occulted
B-class events in the past 24 hour period. The largest was
a B2.9 at 06/02/06:19 UT. Additional B-class activity probable
with a slight chance for an isolated C-class event in the next
24 hour period.
The approximate position of the target on June 02 at 10:00 UT is:
S26E89 (Solar X = -850", Solar Y = -415")

MM#009 Default Target
Dear Collaborators,
The target region has added a tiny leading polarity pore
and is still displaying its tiny trailing spot. The region
produced a weak A2.8 event at 05/31/17:25 UT.
We will continue to watch this northeastern plage for at
least one more day.The largest event since the last message
was an A6.4 event at 06/01/11:59 UT. Its source was a
region located beyond the southeastern limb at approximately
S27. No significant events expected in the next 24 hour period.
The position of the target on June 01 at 10:45 UT is:
N34E52 (Solar X = -619", Solar Y = 535")

Dear Collaborators,
Solar activity has been back to the background level. No
flares have occurred since the last message. The target
region did not generate any spots and was almost quiet.
No noteworthy activities are expected in the next 24 hours.

Dear Collaborators,
The target limb region was the source of several B-class events
as well as a C1.1 (at 14:03 on May 29) in the past 24 hours. This
region is still too close to the east limb to ascertain its magnetic
configuration at present. Further B-class activities are expected
with a chance of C-class events in the next 24-hour period.

Dear Collaborators,
Solar activity has increased significantly since the last message.
An M1.2 flare was produced by the target limb region at 07:18 UT
on May 29. This region also produced a C9.4 at 10:41 UT plus
more than ten B-class flares. It is rotating onto the visible disk.
Additional C-class events are expected with a chance of another
M-class flare in the next 24 hours.
The approximate position of the target on May 29 at 11:30 UT is:

Dear Collaborators,
Solar activity has increased slightly since the last message.
A few A-class flares as well as a B1.5 flare (at 18:04 UT on
May 27) were produced by a new region that is still beyond
the east limb. Today we will watch this region. Further A- and
even B-class flares are likely in the following 24-hour period.

Solar activity continues at a background level. The target
plage region produced some small EUV jets as well as an
A1.7 flare since the last message. This region is fragmenting.
Quiet-Sun continues should continue in the next 24 hours.

northwest quadrant has remained quiescent and is continuing to
