Solar activity is at an extremely low level. NOAA 12617 has maintained
sunspot area and number of spots, remaining classified as a beta/B-type
sunspot group. No X-ray flares have occurred since the last message.
Low B-class flares may be possible in the following 24-hour period.

Dear RHESSI Collaborators,
The level of solar activity is very low. Yesterday’s target region has
been designated as NOAA 12617 and classified as a beta/B-type sunspot
group. This region once again produced the only flare since the last
message, a B1.2 on 11-Dec-2016 at 19:16 UT. More B-class activity is
possible over the next 24 hours.

Dear RHESSI Collaborators,
Target region NOAA 2615 is now well beyond the west
limb. The target will switch to an EFR located in the
northwestern quadrant. The EFR was the source of a
minor B1.3 event at 12/11/17:15 UT. B-class activity
possible in the next 24 hour period.

MM#009 Default HESSI Target
Dear RHESSI Collaborators,
NOAA 2615 has rotated over the southwestern limb.
2615 produced a C4.0 event at 12/10/17:15 UT.
It was also the source of minor activated prominences
associated with a small long-duration B-class x-ray
enhancement before the C-class event. The visible
solar disk is currently spotless and almost featureless.
No significant solar flare activity expected anytime soon.

limb passage. 2615 was the source of two minor B-class
events since the last message. The largest was a B2.2
at 12/08/19:03. B-class activity is possible in the next

since the last message. The largest was a C1.8
at 12/04/17:55. The intermediate portion of 2615
has somewhat decayed but there is still minor mixed
polarities. B-class events probable with an isolated
C-class event possible in the next 24 hours.

Dear RHESSI Collaborators,
Target region NOAA 2615 was the source of B- and C-class
events since the last message. The largest was a C1.2 at
12/04/07:23 UT. 2615 developed a tiny magnetic delta
configuration in the northeastern portion of its trailing
sunspot's penumbra overnight but is now rapidly decaying.
B-class events probable with the chance of another C-class
event possible in the next 24 hour period.
