Dear RHESSI Collaborators,
The visible solar disk is now spotless and global X-ray flux is now at the mid-A-level. NOAA 12699 has rotated over the western limb but its looptops are still visible. It shall remain the target region for an additional 24 hours although no change in activity is expected at this time.
The position of NOAA 12699 on 18-Feb-2018 at 14:30 UT is:
S08W91, ( 960", -136" )
See http://www.SolarMonitor.org for images and http://solar.physics.montana.edu/max_millennium/ops/observing.shtml for a description of the current Max Millennium Observing Plan.
