Dear RHESSI Collaborators,
Solar flare activity is at a low level. Since the previous message, a C1 flare was released by a decayed plage region (~S05W10) on 06-Oct-2013 at ~14:00 UT, which does not appear to be likely to produce further activity. Subsequently, a B-class flare was released from a region over the East limb, but its magnetic configuration cannot be gauged. Although yesterday's target has decayed and now exhibits an alpha magnetic classification, in the absence of a more productive region, the target not change for at least one more day. B-class activity is possible.
The position of NOAA 11856 on 06-Oct-2013 at 20:00 UT is:
N08E20, ( -325", 33" )
