Dear Collaborators,
Solar activity has slightly increased since the last message. Yesterday's target region NOAA 13889 (S09W50) only produced a low C-class flare during the period, although it retains a beta- gamma-delta/F-type configuration. The largest event in the period was an M1.6 flare at 01:26 UT today (11/16), produced by NOAA 13892 (S11W36, beta/B-type), which was also the source of another six C-class flares. Today, the target region shall switch to this region. Additionally, NOAA 13893 (S19E27, beta/C-type) also produced an M1.0 flare in the period (12:05 UT, 11/15). Further low M-class activities are expected in the next 24 hours.
The position of NOAA 13892 on 16-Nov-2024 at 12:30 UT is:
S11W36 (561",-221")
