Dear Collaborators,
Solar activity has diminished since the last message, with isolated C-class flares from both NOAA 13176 and NOAA 13180. The largest event was a C9.4 flare at 06:09 UT today from NOAA 13176, which has since decayed significantly. NOAA 13180 remains largely unchanged and shall continue as the target region for a further 24 hours. Additional isolated C-class flares possible.
The position of NOAA 13180 on 2-Jan-2023 at 16:30 UT is:
N19E33, ( -504", 361" )
