Dear Collaborators,
Solar activity continues at a background level. The visible solar disk remains spotless. The target region appears to decay. We will watch this region for a further 24 hours. Note that there is a limb region showing some overlying loops being rotating onto the visible disk. Quiet-Sun conditions shall continue in the following 24 hours.
The approximate position of the target on June 20 at 11:00 UT is:
N19E47 (-580", 290")
See http://www.SolarMonitor.org for images and http://solar.physics.montana.edu/max_millennium/ops/observing.shtml for a description of the current Max Millennium Observing Plan.
