Dear RHESSI Collaborators,
The level of solar activity is low. NOAA region 11793 shows signs of decay with many of the small surrounding spots losing their penumbrae. This region has maintained overall spot area and increased in number of spots, while remaining classified by NOAA as a beta-gamma/E-type sunspot group. NOAA region 11800 has emerged new magnetic flux over the past 24 hours, being classified by NOAA as a beta/C-type sunspot group. This new flux has already formed a more substantial leading polarity spot, with the trailing polarity spot also growing. This region produced the largest flare since yesterday's message - a C3.1 flare on 21-Jul-2013 at 08:24 UT. More C-class activity is expected over the following 24 hours, with a small chance for an isolated low M-class event if 11800 continues to emerge more magnetic flux.
