Dear RHESSI Collaborators,
The remnants of NOAA 12685 are now on the western limb. The region remains quiescent but is still flanked by a long filament channel. Any additional activity before west limb passage is highly unlikely but it shall remain the target region for a further 24 hours.
The position of NOAA 12685 on 2-Nov-2017 at 08:30 UT is:
S09W82, ( 945", -160" )
See http://www.SolarMonitor.org for images and http://solar.physics.montana.edu/max_millennium/ops/observing.shtml for a description of the current Max Millennium Observing Plan.
