Dear RHESSI Collaborators,
Solar activity continues at an extremely low level. The GOES soft X-ray flux has been flat at ~A4 since the last message. The visible solar disk remains spotless. The target plage region is mostly unchanged. No noteworthy activity is likely over the following 24 hours.
The approximate position of the target on July 27 at 13:30 UT is:
N04E36 (-580", 90")
See http://www.SolarMonitor.org for images and http://solar.physics.montana.edu/max_millennium/ops/observing.shtml for a description of the current Max Millennium Observing Plan.
