Dear Collaborators,
Solar activity continues at a very low level. The largest event during the period was a C3.1 flare produced by NOAA 13831. 13831 also produced a C1.7 flare. Today the target will switch to 13831 that has developed to a beta/D-type region. Note that another region of NOAA 13834 also produced two low C-class flares. Yesterday's target NOAA 13825 has been flare quiet since the last message. Additional C-class flares are expected in the next 24 hours.
The position of NOAA 13831 on September 21 at 07:30 UT is:
N12W13 (211", 85")
