Dear Collaborators,
Solar activity has diminished slightly since the last message. The largest event in the period was a C5.2 flare at 03/20/09:24 UT from the target region NOAA 13256 (S20E32, beta/E-type). The neighbouring regions NOAA 13257 (S27E47, beta/D-type) and 13259 (S21E39, beta/C-type) also produced several low C-class flares during the period. Today the target will continue on NOAA 13256 due to high current helicity and magnetic complexity along with its nearby regions. More C-level activities are expected in the next 24 hours, with a slight chance for low M-class flares.
The position of NOAA 13256 on 21-Mar-2023 at 12:30 UT is:
S20E32 (-481", -234")
