Dear Collaborators,
Solar activity is at a moderate level. The target regions NOAA 12993 and 12994 stabilised in their decay since the last message and were classed as a beta-gamma-delta/D-type and a beta-gamma/E-type sunspot groups, respectively. NOAA 12994 produced a couple of C-class events and NOAA 12993 produced additional M-class activity in the form an M1.2 flare and an M1.1 flare on 25-Apr-2022 at 01:18 UT and 03:52 UT, respectively. C-class activity is expected in the next 24 hours with further low M-class flares possible, while there continues to be a small chance of a >=M5 flare also.
The position of NOAA 12993/12994 on 25-Apr-2022 at 18:00 UT is:
N17W37 , ( 550", 339" )
