Dear Collaborators,
Solar activity is at low levels. The largest event since the last message was a C5.1 flare from NOAA 12939 in the southwest quadrant at 21:29 UT yesterday, while the target region NOAA 12941 has continued to produce B-level activity. NOAA 12941 has continued to develop and is now classified as a beta-gamma region as it crosses the central meridian. Further B-level activity expected with chance for some C-class flares over the next 24 hours.
The position of NOAA 12941 on 9-Feb-2022 at 12:30 UT is:
N23E03, ( -47", 481" )
