MM#009 Default HESSI Target
Dear RHESSI Collaborators,
NOAA 1149 continues in a slow growth phase maintaining its beta-gamma magnetic configuration. 1149 was again the source of minor B-class activity. B-class events expected with a possible C-class event expected in the next 24 hours. There remains a slight chance of an isolated M-class event in the next few days if 1149 continues in growth phase.
The position of NOAA 1149 on January 23 at 16:00 UT is: N24W31 (Solar X = 460", Solar Y = 467")
See http://www.SolarMonitor.org for images and http://solar.physics.montana.edu/max_millennium/ops/observing.shtml for a description of the current Max Millennium Observing Plan.
