MM#009 Default HESSI Target
Dear RHESSI Collaborators,
Target region NOAA 2339 continues in decay phase but is maintaining an F-type sunspot group with a beta-gamma magnetic configuration. 2339 was the source of numerous low-level C-class events in the past 24 hours. The largest was a C3.2 at 05/13/11:11 UT. 2339 will produce C-class events along with the possibility of an isolated M-class event in the next 24 hour period. NOAA 2342, N18E13, has new flux emergence with mixed polarities and could become the next target region if development continues.
The position of NOAA 2339 on May 13 at 15:35 UT is: N14W28 (Solar X = 434", Solar Y = 271")
