Dear Collaborators,
Solar activity has continued at an elevated level since the last message. NOAA 13663 produced multiple significant flares, the largest being an X1.3 at 05:47 UT today. NOAA 13663 remains classified as a beta-gamma-delta region and continues to regularly produce large flares. The Major Flare Watch will continue with NOAA 13663 as the target region. Additional M-class activity is likely with a chance for further >M5 events in the next 24 hours.
The position of NOAA 13663 on 05-May-2024 at 07:30 UT is:
N26W20, (293",469")
