MM#009 Default Target
Dear Collaborators,
Target region NOAA 2939 is now located beyond the southwestern limb at S22. The target will switch to NOAA 2941. 2941 has new leading polarity flux emerging within the trailing polarity of its F-type/beta-gamma sunspot group. 2941 produced five C-class events and was the source of an isolated M1.0 event at 02/14/17:31 UT. The emerging flux might form a magnetic delta configuration if growth continues. C-class events expected and another M-class event is very possible in the next 24 hours.
The position of NOAA 2941 on February 14 at 15:00 UT is: N25W60 (Solar X = 764", Solar Y = 461")
