There is an M1.0 flare currently in progress in NOAA 11540 at the base of
the filament in the southwest quadrant. The target region NOAA 11542
produced a few low C-class flares yesterday but has shown signs of decay
over the past 24 hours. Further low-level activity possible.

Dear RHESSI Collaborators,
The newly emerged region near the south pole has now been designated as
NOAA 11544 but has been quiescent over the past 24 hours. NOAA 11542, on
the other hand, has undergone some new flux emergence and produced a C8.4
flare at 11:36 UT yesterday. At this time the target region shall revert
back to NOAA 11542 due to the increased likelihood of further C-level
activity.

Dear RHESSI Collaborators,
Solar activity continues at the low C-level. NOAA 11542 has remained
relatively quiescent over the past 24 hours. There is a new active region
rapidly emerging near the south pole that has already produced a number of
low C-class flares which shall be the new target region. The region is
unnumbered as yet but has a simple bipolar configuration and is likely to
produce further low-to-intermediate level activity as it continues to
develop.

the last message and is now classified as a beta/C-type region. The region
is showing signs of flux emergence in its leader spot and is expected to
produce further low-to-intermediate level activity.

The target region on the southeast limb has now been numbered as NOAA 11542
and has produced several C-level events since the last message. The
magnetic configuration of the region is unclear at this time but further
C-level activity can be expected with chance of another low M-class flare.

Dear RHESSI Collaborators,
A new region set to appear on the southeast limb has been the source of
several intermediate level flares today, including an M1.6 at 04:33 UT, and
shall be the new target region. Given that the region is largely occulted
the actual magnitude of these flares is likely to be significantly higher.
Activity is expected to increase over the next 24 hours as the region
rotates on to the visible disk.

Dear RHESSI Collaborators,
NOAA 11541 in the southeast quadrant was the source of a long-duration C3.5
flare beginning at 11:04 UT yesterday which resulted in a partial filament
eruption and a large CME. The remaining filament extends as far as disk
center. The target region NOAA 11538 has been reclassified as a beta-gamma
region and may produce more low-level activity. If possible also include
the filament and neighboring active regions in your field of view.

unchanged and quiescent but may still produce some low-level activity. If

Quiescent solar conditions continue. The largest event since the last
message was a C2.8 flare at 05:51 UT today from NOAA 11539; a plage region
rotating on to the disk on the southeast limb. The target region NOAA 11538
continues to show signs of growth but retains its beta configuration.
Further low-level activity expected. If possible also include NOAA 11539 in
your field of view.

Solar activity remains steady at the low C-level with events emanating from
both NOAA 11538 and 11532/11536. As NOAA 11532 continues to decay NOAA
11538 shall be the new target region. NOAA 11538 is a beta/D-type region
and is showing signs of flux emergence in its trailing spot. Further
low-level activity expected with chance for an isolated intermediate level
flare.
