Dear RHESSI Collaborators,
Solar activity has increased due to C-class flares emanating from both NOAA
11834 and NOAA 11837 over the past 24 hours, the largest being a C3.6 flare
from NOAA 11837 at 04:13 UT today. NOAA 11834 has begun to decay as it
approaches the western limb and so NOAA 11837 shall become the new target
region. NOAA 11837 has a simple bipolar configuration but has doubled in
size since the last message. Further C-level activity possible.

Dear RHESSI Collaborators,
Solar activity remains at low levels. The target region, NOAA 11834, has
produced additional B-class events since the last message, including a B8.8
at 14:14 UT today. The region continues to show signs of flux emergence and
maintains its beta-gamma configuration. Further B-level activity expected
with chance for an isolated C-class flare as the region approaches the
western limb.

The level of solar activity is low. A new bipolar
AR is emerging near S15W15. Yesterday's target
(NOAA 11834) has produced B-class activity since
the previous message (a long duration ~B5 event
beginning on 2-Sep-2013 at ~11:00 UT), likely due
to ongoing flux emergence in its intermediate portion.
Further high B-class activity is expected with a
chance for an isolated C-class event.

The level of solar activity is low. Yesterday's target
(NOAA 11836) has not produced further significant
activity and its magnetic structure has simplified. On
the other hand NOAA 11834 was responsible for a
number of B- and a C-class event (a C1.8 flare on
1-Sep-2013 at 14:20 UT) since the previous message.
The region has emerged some flux in its intermediate
portion and now exhibits a mixed polarity configuration.
Further high B-class activity is expected with a chance
for a further isolated C-class event.

The level of solar activity is low. Yesterday's target
(NOAA 11836) has produced a further C-class event
that is currently in progress (a ~C2 flare on 31-Aug-2013
at ~17:30 UT). The region's following spots appear to
have strengthened somewhat. Further high B-class
activity is expected with a chance for a further isolated
C-class event.

The level of solar activity is low. NOAA 11835 has further
fragmented and has not produced significant flare activity.
On the other hand, yesterday's target region (NOAA 11836)
was the source of the largest flare since the previous message
(a C8.3 flare on 30-Aug-2013 at 02:46 UT). The coronal
structure appears to have simplified somewhat since the flare
but the photospheric configuration has not changed significantly.
Further high B-class activity is expected with a chance for a
further isolated C-class event.

The level of solar activity is low. Yesterday's target region
(NOAA 11835) has shown signs of fragmentation and decay
in its leading and following spots. The largest event since the
last message was a C1.2 flare released by NOAA 11836 on
29-Aug-2013 at 04:34 UT). NOAA 11836 was also responsible
for B-class activity. Although the region does not show the
largest spot area on disk, it is surrounded by mixed polarity
plage in its southern portion, which may be contributing to its
destabilisation. The region has not shown signs of decay and
may still be in an unstable state. Its loop configuration seen
in X-ray images has not changed dramatically since the
C-class flare. Further B-class activity is expected with a
chance for an isolated C-class event.

The level of solar activity is low. Since the last message,
the largest event was a West-limb flare (a B9.0 flare on
27-Aug-2013 at 15:56 UT). Yesterday's target region
(NOAA 11835) has shown some signs of spot
development in its trailing portion. The region was
responsible for a ~B4.0 flare that is currently in progress
(peak at around 17:30 UT). Further B class activity is
expected with a chance for high B-class events.

Dear RHESSI Collaborators,
The level of solar activity is low. The largest event since
the previous message was a B7.7 flare released by NOAA
11834 on 27-Aug-2013 at 08:35 UT. The region is a decayed
bipolar feature which may have been destabilised by a new
region that has rotated over the East limb (near N10E75).
The new region shows evidence of an alpha/H-type magnetic
configuration. Yesterday's target (NOAA 11835) has not
produced significant activity since the previous message but
still shows the largest spot area of the regions on disk. Also,
its trailing polarity spots have strengthened, thereby
increasing the gradient along its main polarity separation line.
B-class activity is expected with a chance for high B-class
events.
The position of NOAA 11835 on 27-Aug-2013 at 17:30 UT is:

The level of solar activity is very low. No significant activity
has occurred since the previous message. Yesterday's
target region (NOAA 11830) has rotated over the West limb.
Since NOAA 11835 currently exhibits the largest spot area
of the regions on disk, it is now designated as the new target
region. B-class activity is likely, with a chance for a high
B-class event.
