The level of solar activity is low. Yesterday's target region
(NOAA 11817) was responsible for low C-class activity
since the previous message (the largest event being a
C1.6 flare on 14-Aug-2013 at 22:55 UT). The trailing spots
have begun to fragment, but there is still slight evidence for
a gamma magnetic configuration. High B-class activity is
expected with a chance for further C-class events.

Dear RHESSI Collaborators,
The level of solar activity is low. NOAA 11809 has continued
to rotate further beyond the limb, but the region still managed
to release several C-class events (the largest being a C4.9
flare on 14-Aug-2013 at 00:31 UT). Yesterday's target (NOAA
11817) was only responsible for a C1.5 flare on 14-Aug-2013
at 10:37 UT, but it appears to now be magnetically connected
to both NOAA 11818 and 11819. If possible, all three regions
should be included in the instrument FOV, with preference for
NOAA 11817. NOAA 11817 still maintains its near-horizontal
polarity separation line and also exhibits a sigmoid loop
structure, visible in EUV and X-ray images. C-class activity
is likely, with a chance for a high C-class event.

Dear RHESSI Collaborators,
The level of solar activity is low. Since yesterday's message,
NOAA 11809 was responsible for three C-class events,
including the largest flare of the previous 24 hours (a C2.8 flare
on 13-Aug-2013 at 11:46 UT). However, yesterday's target
region, NOAA 11817, still maintains the largest spot area on
disk. The delta spot at its center has separated, but the region
still exhibits some evidence for a gamma configuration and the
continues to emerge flux within its leading portion. Additionally,
nearby NOAA 11819 appears to be strongly magnetically
connected and may further destabilise NOAA 11817. C-class
activity is likely, with a chance for an isolated low M-class event.

Dear RHESSI Collaborators,
The level of solar activity is moderate. NOAA region 11818
has continued to emerge flux but remains mainly bipolar.
The region was only responsible for B-class activity. On the
other hand, yesterday's target region, NOAA 11817 has also
continued to emerge further flux: two bipolar structures are
currently emerging adjacent to each other in the trailing and
intermediate portions of the region. This has caused a delta
spot to form at its center. There is evidence for shearing
along the region's strong horizontal polarity separation line.
In addition to a number of C-class events, NOAA 11817 was
responsible for an M1.5 flare on 12-Aug-2013 at 10:41 UT. If
the negative portion of the delta spot continues to grow, large
flares may be expected. At this time, further high C-class
activity is expected with a chance for further M-class events.

Dear RHESSI Collaborators,
Solar activity has increased over the past 24 hours. The newly emerged
region near the eastern limb, now designated as NOAA 11818, was the source
of two additional C1 flares since the last message. However, another EFR in
the southeast quadrant, NOAA 11817, has also produced multiple B- and
C-level events, including a C2.0 flare at 14:18 UT today. NOAA 11817 is
classified as a beta/C-type region and shall be the new target region.
Further C-level activity expected as the region develops.

Dear RHESSI Collaborators,
Solar activity remains at low levels. NOAA 11810 has now almost completely
decayed. A new, as yet unnumbered, region on the eastern limb was the
source of a C2.0 flare at 20:13 UT yesterday, which appears to have been
associated with a CME. The region is still too close to the limb to
ascertain its magnetic configuration but it shall be the new target region.
Chance for additional C-level activity as it rotates on to the disk.

to decay it shall remain the target region for a further 24 hours.

NOAA 11810 is now in decay but has continued to produce B-level activity,
the largest being a long-duration B6.3 flare beginning at 17:13 UT
yesterday. A new alpha region on the southeast limb, NOAA 11814, has also
been the source of some minor B-class flares. NOAA 11810 shall remain the
target region for a further 24 hours. Additional low-level events possible.

Solar X-ray flux remains steady around the B2 level. The target region,
NOAA 11810, remains largely unchanged and was the source of a B4.2 flare at

gradually and is now classified as having a beta configuration. The largest
event produced since the last message was a B3.6 flare at 19:01 UT
yesterday. Additional isolated minor events possible.
