Dear Collaborators,
Solar activity has been at a low-to-moderate level since the last
message. The largest event during this period was an M1.0 flare
at 19:54 UT yesterday, attributed to target NOAA 14048 (S16W19).
However, a flare from NOAA 14046 (N06W39, alpha/H-type) also
contributed to the soft X-ray flux. 14048 retains a beta-gamma
configuration and produced four additional low C-class flares in
the period. Today, the target will remain with this region. NOAA
14043 has almost rotated beyond the west limb and produced
two C-class flares in the period, the largest being a C4.7. Please
note that a newly emerged region, NOAA 14054 (S13E06, beta/
C-type), is undergoing significant magnetic flux emergence.
Further C-class activity is expected, with a chance of additional
low M-class flares in the following 24 hours.

Solar activity has slightly increased since the last message. The largest
event during the period was a C5.7 flare at 23:24 UT yesterday, produced
by NOAA 14043 (N18W90) as it approaches the northwest limb. This
region also produced six low-C flares. The target region, NOAA 14048
(S16W09), retains a beta-gamma configuration with increases in both
spot area and number. It also produced a C4.8 flare and two additional
low C-class flares in the period. We will continue to observe NOAA 14048
due to its magnetic complexity and continued flux emergence in its
intermediate portion. Further C-class activity is expected, with a chance
of a low M-class flare in the next 24 hours.

Solar activity continues at a very low level. The largest event since
the last message was a C4.4 flare from a newly emerged region
(S23W29). The most flare-productive region during the period was
NOAA 14043 (N14W77, beta/D-type). This region, approaching the
West limb, produced six low C-class flares. The target region NOAA
14048 (S16E07) retains a beta-gamma configuration and produced
only a C1.8 flare during the period. At this time, we are ending the
Major Flare Watch but continuing to watch NOAA 14048 as the target
region, due to its magnetic complexity and continued flux emergence.
Further C-class activity is expected over the next 24 hours, with a
slight chance for an isolated M-class event.

Solar activity has declined to a low level since the last message.
The largest event during the period was a C3.4 flare at 09:09 UT
today produced by NOAA 14045 (S14W11, alpha/A-type). The
target region, NOAA 14048 (S16E20), also produced four low
C-class flares during this period, the largest one being a C2.5
flare today. It has been downgraded to a beta-gamma/F-type
region and is showing a slight decrease in dynamic sunspot
behavior. Today, the Major Flare Watch will be extended for the
final 24 hours for NOAA 14048, due to its relatively large sunspot
area (470 uh) and flare history. Low M-class activity is possible,
with a slight chance of an isolated >M5 flare in the next 24 hours.

Solar activity has slightly decreased since the last message. The
largest event during the period was an M2.5 flare at 22:18 UT
yesterday, produced by the target region NOAA 14048 (S16E33).
This region retains a beta-gamma-delta configuration and produced
ten additional C-class flares, including a C8.1 flare at 10:39 UT
today. Given its magnetic complexity, ongoing flux emergence,
and activity history, we will continue to watch this region with a
Major Flare Watch campaign for the next 24 hours. Low M-class
activity is expected, with a chance of an isolated >M5 flare in the
next 24-48 hours.

Solar activity has been at a high level since the last message.
The largest event in the period was an M5.6 flare at 06:37 UT
today, produced by NOAA 14046 (N05E24). This region retains
a beta-gamma configuration and produced another three C-class
flares. The target region NOAA 14048 (S16E46) has developed
into a beta-gamma-delta configuration with further increases in
both spot area and number. It remained the most flare-productive
region in the period, producing an M1.3 flare and over ten C-class
flares. The Major Flare Watch will remain effective with NOAA
14048 as the target region due to its magnetic complexity and
continued flux emergence in its intermediate portion. Further low
M-class flares are expected from the target region and also from
NOAA 14046, with a chance of an additional flare exceeding M5
in the next few days.

Solar activity has slightly increased since the last message.
NOAA 14048 (S15E59) remained the most flare-productive
region in the period, producing over ten C-class flares and
five low M-class flares, including the largest—an M1.6 at
16:27 yesterday. This region has developed into a beta-gamma
configuration with increases in both spot area and number.
14048 is undergoing significant magnetic flux emergence in
its intermediate portion. Today, the Major Flare Watch shall
switch to this region. Yesterday's target NOAA 14046 (N05E39)
has also increased in magnetic complexity to a beta-gamma
configuration and produced a C7.6 flare in the period. Further
low M-class activity is expected from the target region and also
from NOAA 14046, with a chance of an above M5 flare in the
next few days.

Dear Collaborators,
Solar activity has been at a moderate level. The largest event
over the past 24 hours was an M1.9 flare at 22:38 UT yesterday
produced by a newly numbered region NOAA 14048 (S15E75).
14048 also produced another two low M-class flares (M1.4 and
M1.5) and 13 C-class flares. This region was designated as a
beta/D-type configuration and has a highest current helicity
compared with the other active regions. The target region
NOAA 14046 only produced two low C-class flares during the
period. It retains a beta/C-type configuration. Considering that
it has a largest sunspot area of 270 uh and shows some new
flux emergence, today we continue to watch this region with
a Major Flare Watch campaign for another 24 hours. Further
low M-class activities are expected from the target region and
also from NOAA 14048, with some chance of a >M5 flare in
the next few days.

Solar activity has significantly increased since the last message.
An X1.1 flare (at 14:57 UT yesterday, accompanied by a CME)
was produced by a newly numbered region NOAA 14046 near
the northeast limb. This region also produced an M1.0 flare at
17:54 UT after the X-class flare. At this time we are implementing
the Major Flare Watch campaign on NOAA 14046. 14046 was
designated as a beta/C-type configuration but had a sunspot
area of 270 uh. Please note that another region NOAA 14045
(S15E60, alpha/H-type) was the source of two M-class (M1.1
and M1.8) and three low C-class flares during the period.
Additional low M-class activities are expected with a chance
of a major flare above M5 in the next 24 hours.

The largest event during the period was a C8.8 flare at 22:41 UT
yesterday produced by the target NOAA 14043. 14043 also
produced another four C-class flares including a C7.5. It retains
a beta/D-type configuration and shows some mixed polarities in
its intermediate portion. Today we will continue to watch this
region. Further C-class activities are expected with some chance
of a low M-class flare in the next 24 hours.
