Solar activity remains at a moderate level. The largest event in the
past 24 hours was an M3.5 at 08/22/21:19 UT produced by the target
region NOAA 12403. 12403 was also the source of 8 C-class flares.
12403 is now classified as a beta-gamma-delta/E-type sunspot group,
with increasing in sunspot area and number of spots slightly. It still has
the potential to produce an isolated low M-class activity in the next 24
hours.

Solar flare activity continues at moderate levels. Three low M-class
flares (M1.1 at 08/21/19:10 UT, M1.2 at 08/22/06:39 UT, and M2.2
at 08/22/13:17 UT) were produced by the target region NOAA 12403
in the previous 24 hours. 12403 was also the source of several high
level C-class events. 12403 continues to increase in sunspot area
and number of spots, and remains classified as a beta-gamma/D-type
sunspot group. It is continuing to mix polarities in its intermediate portion.
Seems that the magnetic field in its leading portion becomes stronger.
C-class flares are expected, with a potential of (high) M-class activity.

Solar flare activity has been at a moderate level. The target region
NOAA 12403 was the source of two low M-class events (an M1.2 at
2015/08/21/01:56 UT and an M1.4 at 2015/08/21/09:34 UT) and a
few C- and B-class flares in the past 24 hours. 12403 has increased
its sunspot area and number of spots significantly, and is now designated
as a beta-gamma/D-type configuration. It continues to show mixed
polarities in its intermediate portion. Further C-class flares are expected
with a chance of additional low M-class activity.

Solar flare activity has increased today. Target region NOAA 12403 has
produced three C-class events (the largest being a C3.4 at 08/20/05:08 UT
associated with a small filament eruption) and numerous B-class events
since the last message. 12403 is now classified as a beta/D-type sunspot
group, increasing in sunspot area and number of spots (also total unsigned
current helicity). It is showing some mixed polarities in its
intermediate portion.
Additional C-class flares are expected with a chance of a low M-class event
in the next 24 hour period.

Dear RHESSI Collaborators,
Solar activity continues to be very low. NOAA region 12401 appeared
to slow in its decay over the past 24 hours and remains classified as
a beta/C-type sunspot group. A new region rotated over the South East
limb yesterday and has been designated as NOAA 12403. This region is
also classified as a beta/C-type sunspot group, but may have polarity
mixing in its interior obscured by still being too close to the limb.
12403 produced B-class activity since the last message, including the
largest flare of the period (a B6.8 on 19-Aug-2015 at 10:48 UT). More
B-class flaring is expected over the next 24 hours, with a chance for
some C-class activity.

over the past 24 hours, decreasing in spot area and being reclassified
as a beta/C-type sunspot group. This region produced B-class activity
since the last message. More B-class flaring is expected over the next
24 hours, with a chance for some low C-class activity.

Dear RHESSI Collaborators,
Solar activity is at a very low level. NOAA 12401 has decayed
more over the past 24 hours. This decay occurred alongside an
increase in longitudinal extent, which has caused this region
to be reclassified as a beta/D-type sunspot group designation.
Since the last message, NOAA 12401 only produced a B2.7 flare
on 17-Aug-2015 at 00:20 UT. More B-class activity is probable
in the following 24 hours, with a chance for some low C-class
flaring.

stable over the past 24 hours and has maintained a beta/C-type
group designation. This region produced several B-class flares
and the largest flare since the last message - a C1.6 flare on
15-Aug-2015 at 12:02 UT. Further B-class activity is expected
over the next 24 hours, with a chance for more C-class flaring.

The level of solar activity is low. Yesterday's target region NOAA
12396 has rotated up to the South West limb and has remained flare
quiet since the previous message. An emerging active region in the
South East quadrant has been newly numbered as NOAA 12401 over the
past 24 hours and is designated a beta/B-type sunspot group. This
region was the source of four C-class events in the past 24 hours,
including the largest event of the period (a C1.9 on 14-Aug-2015
at 01:55 UT). Further C-class activity is expected over the next
24 hours, with a chance for an isolated low M-class flare if 12401
continues to emerge new magnetic flux.
