Solar activity remains at a low level. NOAA region 11422 has continued
to increase in spot area, number of spots, and complexity. This region
has developed minor spots with partial penumbrae between the leading
and following spot groups. NOAA 11422 produced several B-class events
in the past 24 hours with a C1.0 event on 21-Feb-2012 at 11:42 UT, and
is classified as a beta/D-type sunspot group. Further C-class activity
is possible in the next 24 hours.

a beta/D-type sunspot classification. This region was the source of a
second C1.1 flare on 20-Feb-2012 at 11:20 UT. Further C-class activity
is possible in the next 24 hours.

Dear RHESSI Collaborators,
Solar activity remains at a low level. Yesterday's target has continued to
emerge over the last 24 hours, developing significant leading and trailing
spots with mature penumbrae. This region is now designated as NOAA region
11422 and is classified as a beta/D-type sunspot group. NOAA 11422 was the
source of several B-class flares since the last message, as well as a C1.1
flare on 20-Feb-2012 at 03:39 UT. Further C-class activity is possible.

Dear RHESSI Collaborators,
Solar activity has continued at a low level. A new spotted region
has emerged to the East of NOAA region 11420 in the last 24 hours.
This region has a simple beta magnetic class, but bright EUV loops
from the leading spot connect to the trailing plage of NOAA 11420.
This currently unnumbered region was the source of a C1.0 flare on
19-Feb-2012 at 08:41UT. B-class events are expected, with a chance
for further C-class activity if the region continues to experience
flux emergence.

The level of solar activity remains very low. A new region with spots
has rotated over the North East limb. This region is too close to the
limb to reliably determine a magnetic complexity, but appears to be a
beta region with well-defined, bright EUV loops. B-class activity is
expected.

Dear RHESSI Collaborators,
Solar activity is extremely low, with only four small B class flares
produced in the past 24 hours and, most of the active regions in decay.
NOAA 11416 is approaching the west limb and will continue to be today's
target. It still contains the bipolar, reverse polarity sunspot and had
consistently been producing the most, and largest solar flares, however
small.

Solar activity is low and the background flux level remains at B1. NOAA
11416 and 11417 have produced a number of minor B class flares. The leader
spot of NOAA 11416 now contains two inverted polarity spots within the one
penumbral region and will continue to be today's target. Activity levels
are not expected to increase.

Dear RHESSI Collaborators,
Solar activity is low. Many of the current active regions are decaying,
including NOAA 11419 - yesterday's target region. This AR has not produced
any flares in the past 24 hours and now consists of two small sunspots,
surrounded by a large plage region. Today's target will shift back to NOAA
11416. This region, which has been flare quiet since its emergence, has
begun to produce B class flares. In addition, a region of reverse polarity
flux is emerging within the leader spot, increasing the chance of activity.

Solar activity is at B class level. There are five active regions on disk,
four of which are classified as beta regions and the remaining - NOAA 11420
- an alpha region. Other than a single B5 flare produced by 11418, all
flares continue to be produced by 11419. It has decayed significantly since
its lass disk passage but given that it remains the most flare productive
region, it will continue as today's target.

Dear RHESSI Collaborators,
Solar activity levels have fallen slightly, with only one C class flare in
the past 24 hours. This is despite the presence of 5 NOAA active regions on
disk. 11416 is currently listed as the largest and most complex but has not
produced any >B flares since its emergence. 11417 and 11418 are small
regions approaching disk center that are currently close to spotless. NOAA
11419 and 11420 are two regions that have just rotated onto the east limb.
Although it is not possible to characterize their magnetic complexity yet,
11419 has produced a multitude of occulted C class flares over the past two
days and will continue to be today's target. C class flares are expected in
the next 24 hours.
