Dear Collaborators,
Solar activity is at a low level. The largest event since the last message was an M1.0 flare at 01:46 UT today, produced by yesterday's target region, NOAA 14246. This region also produced more than ten C-class flares during the period and has almost passed beyond the west limb. Today, the target shifts to NOAA 14248 (N07W73) given its recent flare history. Further C-class activity is expected, with a slight chance of a low M-class flare in the next 24 hours.
The position of NOAA 14248 on 19-October-2025 at 11:30 UT is:
N07W73, (915",89")
