Dear Collaborators,
Solar activity has dropped to low levels with X-ray flux around the C1 level since the last message. NOAA 13529 has only produced a few low C-class flares as it continues to decay on approach to the southwest limb. It retains its beta configuration and shall remain the target region. Only isolated low-level events expected over the next 24 hours.
The position of NOAA 13529 on 27-Dec-2023 at 16:30 UT is:
S21W62, ( 805", -331" )
See http://www.SolarMonitor.org for images and http://solar.physics.montana.edu/max_millennium/ops/observing.shtml for a description of the current Max Millennium Observing Plan.
