Dear Collaborators,
Solar activity has remained stable since the last message. The target region, NOAA 14117, produced one of the largest events - a C1.4 flare at 08:31 UT today. 14117 has remained stable in the classification as a beta/D-type, with the emergence of mixed magnetic flux in its leading portion. Today, the target region should continue as 14117. Note that a recently-emerged active region, NOAA 14120 (beta-gamma/D-type, N06W28) was the source of four ~C1 flares, including a C1.4 flare at 21:05 UT yesterday as well. More low-C flares are very likely in the following 24 hours.
The position of NOAA 14117 on 26-June-2025 at 11:30 UT is
S14W38 (565", -258")
