MM#009 Default HESSI Target
Dear RHESSI Collaborators,
Solar flare activity is extremely low. The visible solar disk remains spotless. The target region NOAA plage remnant 2703 continues in decay phase. Its main filament located along its magnetic inversion has became slightly activated. There is a slight chance of a B-class event especially if the filament becomes more destabilized and erupts.
The position of NOAA 2703 on April 07 at 14:30 UT is: S08W37 (Solar X = 573", Solar Y = -051")
See http://www.SolarMonitor.org for images and http://solar.physics.montana.edu/max_millennium/ops/observing.shtml for a description of the current Max Millennium Observing Plan.
