Dear Collaborators,
Solar activity is at a moderate-to-low level. The target region NOAA 14140 (S15E52, beta/D-type) remained the most flare-productive region on the visible disk, producing over ten C-class flares, including the largest event in the period—a C8.9 flare at 03:46 UT today. NOAA 14140 shall remain the target region. Notably, NOAA 14136 (N19E18, beta-delta/D-type) also produced a C7.0 flare during the period. Further C-class activity is expected, with a chance of low M-class flares in the coming days.
The position of NOAA 14140 on 13-July-2025 at 15:30 UT is:
S15E52 (-720",-285")
