Dear Collaborators,
Solar activity has grown to a high level. The largest event since the last message was an X1.9 flare at 23:37 UT yesterday from the target region NOAA 14114. This region also produced an M4.6 flare at 00:02 UT today. It retained a beta-gamma/E-type magnetic configuration, showing signs of decay in its leading portion. Today, the Major Flare Watch shall continue as NOAA 14114. More C-class activity is expected, with a chance for another >M5 flare in the next 24-48 hours.
The position of NOAA 14114 on 20-June-2025 at 11:30 UT is
N21W48 (656", 321")
