Dear Collaborators,
Solar activity continues at the C-level. NOAA 13105 and NOAA 13107 have continued to decay since the last message but have produced low-level events. A new region rotating onto the northeast limb was the source of two partially occulted C5 flares and shall be the new target region. Its magnetic configuration is uncertain at this time but further intermediate level activity is likely.
The approximate position of the target region on 29-Sep-2022 at 15:30 UT is:
N29E85, ( -834", 452" )
See http://www.SolarMonitor.org for images and http://solar.physics.montana.edu/max_millennium/ops/observing.shtml for a description of the current Max Millennium Observing Plan.
