Dear Collaborators,
Solar activity remains at a low level. Newly numbered active region NOAA 14290 in proximity to the southeastern limb has been the site of multiple flares since the last message. The largest flare of the last 24 hours was a C4.8 from NOAA 14290 at 11:41 UT today. This region is classified as a beta-type region, shows signs of emerging flux, and is likely to produce further activity in the next 24 hours. The target region will switch to NOAA 14290, with further C-class activity expected.
