Dear Collaborators,
Solar activity has been at a background level, without any spots, flares. Yesterday's bright point target has decayed. Today we will switch to another EUV bright point in the southeast quadrant (if you would like). Quiet-Sun conditions should continue in the next 24 hours.
The approximate position of the target on September 25 at 13:30 UT is: S28E29 (-420", -500" )
See http://www.SolarMonitor.org for images and http://solar.physics.montana.edu/max_millennium/ops/observing.shtml for a description of the current Max Millennium Observing Plan.
Regards,
Ying Li (Purple Mountain Observatory)
