Dear Collaborators,
Solar activity continues at low levels. NOAA 12887 retains its beta configuration and has produced mid B-level flares since the last message, as has newly emerged NOAA 12888 in the southwest quadrant. NOAA 12887 shall continue as the target region for a further 24 hours, with additional B-level activity likely. Also include NOAA 12888 in your field of view as well if possible.
The position of NOAA 12887 on 25-Oct-2021 at 11:30 UT is:
S25E33, ( -477", -471" )
See http://www.SolarMonitor.org for images and http://solar.physics.montana.edu/max_millennium/ops/observing.shtml for a description of the current Max Millennium Observing Plan.
