Dear Collaborators,
Solar activity is at a low-to-moderate level. Target region NOAA 13315 has regained its delta spot but continued to decay in size since the last message, being now classified as a beta-gamma/E-type spot group. A new mature spot region is in the process of rotating over the South East limb and has already become the most flare-productive region with being the source of multiple C-class flares and an M1.3 on 31-May-2023 at 04:24 UT. The target will now switch to this currently unnumbered limb region. Additional C-class activity is expected in the next 24 hours, with a good chance of further M-class flaring.
The approximate position of this region on 31-May-2023 at 21:00 UT is:
S06E90 , ( -941", -99" )
