MM#009 Default Target
Dear Collaborators,
The visible solar disk continues to be spotless and plageless. Segments of the target filament located in the northern polar zone have reappeared. Portions of the filament may become active and disappear and reappear again in the next several days. No noteworthy solar flare events expected anytime soon.
The approximate position of the target on June 25 at 07:00 UT is: N40W40 (Solar X = 466", Solar Y = 586")
See http://www.SolarMonitor.org for images and http://solar.physics.montana.edu/max_millennium/ops/observing.shtml for a description of the current Max Millennium Observing Plan.
Regards,
Bill Marquette (Helio Research)
