Dear Collaborators,
Target region NOAA 13130 was the source of two ~C1 flares (C1.2 and C1.0) and two B9 flares since the message. The largest event of the period was a C1.3 flare at 10/27/09:30 UT produced by NOAA 13131 (N23E21, beta/C-type). NOAA 13130 still has a beta/D-type sunspot group and shows mixed polarities in its intermediate portion. Further C-class activities are expected in the next 24 hours.
The position of NOAA 13130 on October 28 at 13:19 UT is:
S25W52 (690", -452")
