MM#009 Default HESSI Target
Dear RHESSI Collaborators,
Solar flare activity is very low. There were only two minor C-class events since the last message. Both events were produced by target region 1756. 1756 has a large extended F-type sunspot group but its magnetic classification is now a simple beta. There remains a slight chance of another C-class event in the next 24 hours.
The position of NOAA 1756 on May 27 at 13:00 UT is: S20W21 (Solar X = 320", Solar Y = -307")
See http://www.SolarMonitor.org for images and http://solar.physics.montana.edu/max_millennium/ops/observing.shtml for a description of the current Max Millennium Observing Plan.
