Dear Collaborators,
Solar activity has slightly decreased since the last message. The largest event during the period was a C3.6 flare at 04:51 UT today from the target region NOAA 14172 (N08W91), which also produced over ten additional low C-class flares in the period. NOAA 14172 shall remain the target region today before it rotates over the west limb. Further C-class activity is expected within the next 24 hours.
The position of NOAA 14172 on 17-Aug-2025 at 11:30 UT is:
N08W91 (937",132")
