Dear Collaborators,
Solar activity has been very low since the last message. The largest event in the past 24 hours was a C3.3 flare at 14:04 UT today(7/26) from a newly emerged region (unnumbered) in the East of NOAA 14155. NOAA 14155, NOAA 14153 and the target region, NOAA 14149 each produced 2 low-C class flares in this period.
All the numbered regions on the disk are currently unanimated. The new region produced the C3.3 event today shows only a small sunspot and is uncertain if it develops further. Today, we will continue to observe NOAA 14149, on the area of its following sunspot, expecting additional C class events.
The position of the target in NOAA 14149 on 26-July-2025 at 15:30 UT is: N17W12 (202", 197").
