Dear Collaborators,
Solar activity has been at a moderate level. Yesterday's target NOAA 13920 (N22W09) retains a beta-delta/E-type configuration but has produced only two low C-class flares since the last message. The most flare-productive region on the disk was NOAA 13922 (S18E29, beta/C-type), which was the source of three low M-class and four C-class flares in the period, including the largest one - an M2.2 at 17:31 UT yesterday (12/12). Today the target region shall switch to NOAA 13922 due to its activity history. Please note that NOAA 13917 (S08W49) has now developed into a beta-gamma-delta configuration and also produced a low M-class flare (M2.0 at 11:13 UT today) in the period. Additional low M-class flares are expected in the next 24 hours.
The position of NOAA 13922 on December 13 at 12:30 UT is:
S18E29 (-450",-291")
