MM#009 Default HESSI Target
Dear RHESSI Collaborators,
The target EFR, located northwest of NOAA 1486, developed slowly and is currently a D-type/beta region. The ERF was the source of a C1.1 event yesterday. We'll switch the target to a region rotating over the southeast limb that was the source of several C- and B-class events since the last message. Additional C-class events possible in the next 24 hours.
The position of the SE limb region on May 25 at 13:00 UT is: S12E86 (Solar X = -925", Solar Y = -195"
See http://www.SolarMonitor.org for images and http://solar.physics.montana.edu/max_millennium/ops/observing.shtml for a description of the current Max Millennium Observing Plan.
